considering CSHB 81(FIN) am(brf sup maj fld) and SCS CSHB
81(FIN) am S recommends the following be adopted:                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 81                                                                                         
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                    
    program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and                                                             
    to capitalize funds; making supplemental appropriations; making                                                             
    reappropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c),                                                          
    Constitution of the State of Alaska; and providing for an effective                                                         
    date."
